Pav Bhaji Maskaa Maarke at Juhu Beach, Mumbai

Pav Bhaji Stall at Juhu Beach, Mumbai

If one ever visits Mumbai and goes to Juhu Beach don't miss eating delicious and chatpatti  "Mumbai Ki Pav Bhaji"

There is a prescribed method (made by me) of eating this Yummy Pav Bhaji Maskaa Maarke to enjoy it to fullest.

A) Stand near this hot tawa having a diameter of around one meter, feel the heat and see the whole preparation from cutting  and slashing of vegetables to adding of fresh Indian spices, salt, lemon, colors and finally Makhan on top of it.
B) Very Important feel the splendid aroma coming out of this preparation which will make your stomach growl with hunger.
C) Look at the mouth watering and appetizing orange color of this ambrosial and juicy Pav Bhaji
D) Finally watch Masala Pav being prepared by dipping those into the flood of melted butter and spices on the heated tawa. Have this wonderful Pav Bhaji with some more raw butter on the top of it with shredded onions and lemons according to your taste .

Very Important Note :  Forget your diet restrictions for one day when you are at Juhu Beach, enjoy "Mumbai ki Pav Bhaji Maskaa Maarke"  and satiate your taste buds.

  7. Hi Vishal, You have reminded the days of my stay in Mumbai. The PavBhaji along with many other things that are popular foods available at Juhu Beach are real joy of Juhu. The late night Biryani served by street side sellers near Juhu with all the luxury cars parked around them was also a common sight for me.

  19. Very interesting and good post. Let me add that pav-bhaji is the second most common consumed food on the Mumbai streets (the first is the humble vada-pav, naturally, or the more "evolved" bhajia-pav). Your description and layout was very enjoyable. 8 breads in one sitting? Wow! That's something I could never do. And the golas and the Punjabi kulfi are to die for, aren't they? But why only Juhu? You can enjoy these things at Girgaum Chowpatty, Dadar Chowpatty, and at hundreds of street corners after 9 p.m.

And the best is the Canon pav-bhaji at CST. How about writing about that one?
